Seattle Sound, Part Two: The EMP Museum

"If anyone has a problem with his dick, we can remove it."

The Nirvana - Taking Punk to the Masses at the EMP is a relatively small but rich in artifacts exhibit.  And since I am not fond enough of the Foo Fighters (though I love Dave Grohl as a person) to see them live, this exhibit is my version of going to a Nirvana concert.  It is strange to be so close to something that belonged to your teenage role-model; I was just a kid in Bulgaria who never thought she will be able to ever visit America, let alone to spend time in Seattle and see Kurt Cobain's guitar with her own eyes.  The last time I was there I had Johnny in tow and I was too distracted/overwhelmed to really take things in.  This time, at 35, I was alone and I took my time to experience it in all his naive, exciting, inspiring, and tragic glory.
