Free in Fremont
Fremont may not be considered a top destination for a Sunday family adventure, but we are very inventive and resourceful (as we need to be with two kids and so little free time). Today I met up with my lovely friend Emma for - my very first! - yoga class, (veggie) burgers and cocktails, and while we were at it, John took the kids to a farm in Ardenwood where they admired cows and piggies and stuff (not pictured).
I've included a rather romantic image of the otherwise banal Dumbarton Bridge, and - that made me laugh so hard - the corner of 1 Hacker Way, the address of Facebook's headquarters we drove by on the way to the bridge and back, and both times there were people taking photos in front of the thumb-up billboard, which is (in my humble opinion) as pointless as taking photos of, say, the World's Largest Bottle of Catsup in Collinsville, Ill.
I hope you all had a splendid weekend, peeps!
